Berlin Reise 2017

​​​Berlin Bonanza
 On our Berlin class trip we stayed at the Meininger Hotel beside the Hauptbahnof train station. In total, we spent 4 amazing days in the city. We went on many trips and saw beautiful scenery such as Asisi Panorama and Reichstag. We went on an interactive tour around ‘The Story of Berlin’ museum. We also visited Brandenburg Gate, which we found very beautiful and interesting. We went to Bikini Berlin and other shopping centres and experienced a real taste of Germany. We also visited many historical locations such as Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp and the Holocaust memorial. As well as all of that, we visited a museum dedicated to computer games. On our second last day we went to dinner in an Italian restaurant called the ’12 apostles’ that served the traditional pizza and pasta. Our final night saw us playing a great game of glow in the dark mini-golf! All in all, it was a really fun trip, whilst being educational at the same time.
